The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the airport and shopping malls. the rooms were neat and clean although basic with no extraordinary amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating. Room service and breakfast were available with a good variety of options.

The hotel's Wifi connection was terribly slow and unreliable, causing a great deal of frustration for individuals who work remotely.

Nice staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was big and enough. The location was perfect for how I like to travel, only a few steps from great food and activities.

The Wi-Fi was a disaster. It was so slow that I couldn't download images or even my emails. I complained numerous times but nothing was done to correct it. Moreover, I asked if I could check out three days earlier because of flights/covid19 and was refused. I had to pay for three extra days even though I didn't need them. the negatives outweighed the positives for my new year experience.

During my stay, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The cleanliness of the hotel and my room was impressive. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options that were fresh and delicious. The location was convenient, and transportation was readily available.

The hotel offered some great amenities during my Christmas stay including a heated pool and a fitness center which was a huge plus. The hotel was also in a great location, close to shopping centers and local attractions. I really enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of options.

The wifi was very slow and made it difficult to do any work or even download simple images. This was a consistent issue throughout my entire stay which was quite frustrating.
